Very pleased with our results.  We started to get water in the people space.  After reaching out to several contractors in the area we decided on McClellands. They came out and provided an estimate  that addressed my concerns and discussed with me how they would fix the areas that were leaking or had leaked in the past.  We ended up replacing the entire guest house and causeway roof along with getting the main house roof repairs completed. The job was completed in a day. The company was quick to respond to all correspondence through text, email and phone calls. The onsite supervisor texted me multiple times throughout the project and all debris was picked up that day. A very refreshing experience from a frustrating situation. They were reasonably price, and the repairs performed went above and beyond to mesh with the home...

I would highly recommend McClellands!  At our initial visits, Rick in sales was knowledgeable, respectful, and quick to respond and their prices were the most reasonable of all the contractors we had contacted.  The office staff was consistently helpful and responsive with all communication.  We were most impressed with the team lead assigned to our project, Mark, and his crew.  We had a big project of complete replacement of the roof, gutters, soffit, fascia, and siding. I was truly amazed with how hard they all worked to get our job done in between some of the recent strong storms we have had this spring.  We had crews at our house for over twelve hours multiple days, literally sunup to sundown.  I have no clue how they worked these long hours but they were consistently kind to us and respectful of our property from the diligence of their work, attention to detail, and their meticulous clean up.  Communication with Mark was consistent and his willingness to attend to both large and small aspects of our job right up to the completion of our project was much appreciated.  So glad we went with McClellands and I would recommend them with complete confidence...

We could not be happier with the service and quality of McClellands! When we decided it was time for a new roof, we sought estimates from three different companies. McClellands impressed us from the first meeting, as their representative was extremely thorough and detailed in his recommendations (even taking drone photos to show us exactly where the problem areas were). Scheduling was fast and easy, and the actual removal of our old roof and installation of the new was completed over the course of one day! They even fixed the attic ventilation to make it more efficient. The roof is gorgeous, clean up was thorough, and the final invoice came in at exactly the quoted price. Highly recommend...
