We used the Costco plan to get our AC of 10 years replaced. Tudi is the company that worked with us. Mark came out to explain things, measure and sat down to gover the options and pricing. He was professional and has 20 years with company. We decided to go forward and Russ the technician that came out dor the install was here as promised at 7.30am and worked until 2.15pm. We are very happy with the salesman, installer and the professionalism of this company.

We decided ro ise them to replace our water boiler also and Drew the plumber did a great job and left everythiing cleaned up. He arrived on time at noon and was professional.

We have now switched and have also bought the annual service plan with Tudi...

Tudi replaced my furnace/ac years ago and I've been using them ever since for the summer & winter maintenance plan.  Always a good experience.  They prompt you to schedule, their service people are always timely and respectful, not to mention nice.  Have recommended them and will continue to do so.

Very good from start to finish. Chris and Maldin arrived on time, took care in my condo, cleaned up everything. Install of furnace and AC looks great and works well. And I was surprised how fast they were, considering they had to work in a very small space. Very happy with the results...

As always the Tudi staff were top notch. Since my annual furnace check was coming due and Dave, the technician, was in my area they called to see if he could stop by and do the check early. Dave came and did a through job and gave me some pointers on using the humidifier and which MERV to use on my  filter.  I have been using Tudi services for 20 years and have never been disappointed...
