I am very satisfied. David Hawkins came out quickly, no over the top high pressure sales tactics, and on top gave a fair price. I got everything I asked for in the contract. Dumpster and materials were all delivered ahead of time. They started early in the morning the day they said they were coming and the entire roof was done in one day. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves too. There was a project manager also named David on site and gave constant updates in the process. The roof looks great and has limited warranty on craftsmanship and 25 year on the shingles from the manufacturer...

Excellent experience throughout my entire roofing project from sales to project manager and especially the very hard working crew.  I had a challenging issue with a bowed and sagging section over my front porch that needed structural modifications.  Other roofers suggested to “live with the bow” or just shingle over it. McClellands reworked the framing and added new fascia and a new gutter for a very reasonable extra charge.  My yard was cleaned up well and an issue with an overflowing dumpster was addressed quickly.  Very satisfied with the end results...

They were great from the estimate through scheduling to the work day. During the estimate, David answered all of my (many) questions and worked through follow up issues and adjustments with me. The day of work, they had their project manager Rob on site all day, he was friendly, helpful, really went above and beyond and clearly had a good rapport and working relationship with the crew doing the work, which is crucial. McClellands just completed our roof, gutters and soffitt on 10/29 and we are very happy with the results on our house and garage.
The house was built in 1963 so we needed to trust our roofing company.  The salesman Rick was extremely knowledgeable on what we needed and helped us with color combinations etc. Jason the project manager was very personable and really good with his crew. He was there to answer any questions or concerns that we had the whole time. Everything went so smooth and the jobsite was clean when done. I would highly recommend them for any project you may have.
