I had my first experience with Home Comfort Solutions and it was fantastic from start to finish.
When I called about my broken Central Air (in the middle of a heatwave) the lady that answered the phone was so nice and knowledgeable. She was compassionate about my issue and worked with my schedule to get someone out as soon as possible.
When the technician ETHAN arrived he was on time, very polite, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. He was efficient and not only found but fixed my problem very quickly. He explained everything to me and took the time to answer  all my questions.
The price was reasonable and I didn’t at all feel like I was paying more than necessary.
The price was LESS than what I expected!
Ethan didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need but clearly explained what I could expect in the future out of my aging unit.
He was a true professional!
