I started working with TEC after a major hailstorm in June. They did an inspection and showed me the multiple damaged areas on the roof. They explained the whole process of how I would report this damage to my insurance and in fact they stayed to be part of the conversation with the insurance company. Once the claim what started they maintained excellent communication and set up to meet the claims adjuster at our property. There was some issues that the adjuster didn't include in the first try but the TEC reps worked quickly to point them out and the adjuster agreed. We had the roof replaced today and we are very happy with the whole process. The crew that did the work were excellent and seemed to be very aware of wanting everything to be top notch. I worked with Brad Gillis and Ryan Master of TEC and they both were friendly, polite and very professional in all our dealings. We are very glad that we found TEC to take care of this major repair to our home...
