We initially touched base with David. He was very knowledgeable and an excellent salesman. Our windows installed by Eric and he was fantastic. He was on time, very clean, and answered any questions I had during the process. We had 13 windows and a patio door installed.

Salesman was great. Did not like the person who kept emailing me to schedule a consultation and did not believe that I already spoke to the salesman and scheduled installation.  Was surprised at installation that materials would be thrown out the attic windows. Would have liked to warn the neighbors and their children who share that side of the house pathway.
The windows themselves are beautiful, the work was completed in one day (9 attic windows), and cleanup was done to my satisfaction. Would absolutely go to them again for my window needs...

We had two windows and an exterior door replaced by Aspen and it could not have gone any better! We first met them at the Hagerstown Home Show and scheduled a visit for an estimate. From there, we met with Vlad, our excellent sales rep. The process was easy, we didn’t feel pressured into any specific product or service, and we absolutely love our new windows and door. We had a budget to stick to, and Vlad got it done. Another huge bonus was the financing options. Mike, the door installer, was very nice and efficient, doing a great job on a tough door project. Chuck, the window installer, was also great and hard working, and both men made sure we were happy with their work before they left.

We will eventually have a black metal roof installed, and plan to lime wash our brick this summer, which will surely make our new black door even more stunning, bringing added curb appeal to our home!

As for Aspen: 5 stars, 10/10- absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for help with home projects...
