I couldn't be happier with the service I received from MLM Home Improvement! Cody Runner from MLM inspected my roof at no cost, handled all the communication with my insurance company, and because my roof had wind and hail damage, they got me a 25-year replacement roof for only the price of my deductible. They even offered an upgrade to a 50-year roof for a very low fee, which was an amazing option.

The entire process was incredibly easy and stress-free—I just had to trust MLM Home Improvement to get the job done. Once the insurance sent the check, their amazing team of workers, led by Chris Monaco, completed the job in less than half a day. Chris Monaco and his crew were great!  They were punctual and efficient.  They arrived exactly when they said they would and even stayed late the last day to complete the job and make sure everything was cleaned up correctly.  My roof/soffit/trim and gutters were replaced and everything looks fantastic...
