Andrew was very professional and polite. The crew worked fast and finished my roof before 3 pm. I found something that was missed. I contacted Erma, Andrew came back and talked with me. He was able to explain what had happened. Within a week, it was corrected, and the project was completed. I absolutely love my new roof. I couldn't be more pleased with the crew and the customer service. I have already recommended them to a few of my family and friends. I would definitely use them in the future. Stairway roofing was easy to work with. They have good employees in the office, sales reps and on the job. They keep you constantly updated about your job including during the job with photos. The job was well done. A final inspection was done and a followup call was made to me for my opinion of the job. I would recommend this company if anyone needs a roof replacement. Great organized company...

Very impressed with Starway.  The entire process was seamless.  They did a great job educating me on why other competitive quotes were not apples to apples.  I enjoyed receiving the updates and pictures while I was at work.  My wife felt very comfortable with the team, and was surprised how much effort went into clean up.  Their customer support is the best I’ve ever experienced.  I highly recommend this company...
