Terrible!..First, they did not get there according to schedule. The plumber showed up an hour earlier than expected, not knowing the time window set for the visit. He said the company does not communicate that to them. If Haller can not deal efficiently  with their schedule, how can I trust the work they would do. No way!..
Secondly, the abusive prices they are charging for simple fixes are just ridiculous!!
Abusive prices, messy, not efficient schedule, internal communication issues with their  employees. I don't know how they stay in busuness...
