I cannot say enough good things about this company and it's workers. We were in a little bit of a predicament as we were purchasing a new home however, the home required a roof replacement in which the sellers did not want anything to do with. We obtained an estimate from Shane and we're able to secure the funds from the seller. Shane was able to hold the price for us while we were in negotiations and proximately 1 month later after we purchase the home we had the roof placed immediately. Astonishingly, the team finished the entire project in just one day. More than 50% of the roof had to be replaced due to insufficient venting and mold. The upstairs were the bedrooms are was very uncomfortable and hot. Once Shane and his crew were completed and had performed the job correctly, the bedrooms have been very comfortable. This company is very honest, upfront and trustworthy. We are very happy with the work that was completed and I would surely recommend this company to help you on your roofing project...

WF Schmidt is prompt, courteous and goes above and beyond! The owner, Shane, is incredibly friendly and honest. He’s done several projects for us, from replacing our roof, to cleaning our gutters and replacing an underground pipe drain. I would recommend his services to anyone. We LOVE our new roof and appreciate someone on hand we can trust...

Beyond satisfied with the work done on my roof! We had about 15-20 shingles along the top of our roof fly off during a storm. After calling around, searching for recommendations to replace the missing shingles, I finally came across WF Schmidt Construction. Shane came out that same night and climbed onto the roof in the pouring rain to evaluate the damage to our roof. Luckily, it was just a minor fix. He was back the next day to replace the missing shingles, in the rain again. Super fast, honest, and personable. I would definitely recommend WF Schmidt to anyone and we will absolutely call them again for future repairs...

First time having to get my roof redone, so I contacted Shane Mccleaf at WF Schmidt Construction Company, LLC. He was super quick to swing by to take a look and give me an estimate. Sounded good so we got it scheduled. His crew did the tear off and install and were done by 3 PM. They also did a great job with clean up efforts. Overall, it was a painless first-time experience, with quality work at a great price. 5 stars, would highly recommend.
