Tim Dean is undoubtedly the guy to call for problems with plumbing, 100%.We all have points where we have plumbing disasters, but If you ever need someone for a plumbing emergency but are still looking for quality, call this guy and you won’t regret it.

A few months ago, 1 day before Easter, we were stressed over broken plumbing we needed to finish that day, so we called Tim Dean Plumbing and Heating. Tim Dean’s shop was very close to us and when we called over plumbing issues, the guy arrived very early (in under hours, unlike some other plumbing companies) and got right to work as soon as he got there. Not only did he do a great job, he told us exactly what was wrong with the plumbing and how we could’ve fixed it. He was right in and out in only about 2 hours I'd say and everything was back to normal.

The guy who came out was the one who owned the business, Tim himself, and he was very kind and understanding. We were embarrassed over having to call someone over so close to a holiday.Tim even told us stories about other jobs he did around holidays for others — each time the job was finished before the holidays came up.

Tim, as well as being a great guy and very entertaining to say the least, also didn’t let quality slip from the mix. Before he came by, my family was completely hopeless. We couldn’t turn on the water at all for fear of it leaking all over the place, so we couldn’t take showers or wash our hands. After Dean stopped by however, the sink had worked better than it had in years and we haven't had any problems at all with it since.

Overall, the job that Tim did was very well. I’d recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing work done for his affordability and professionality, he’s also just a really nice guy. If you need work done, call Tim Dean, you won’t regret it...

Very professional and a real gentleman.  I had a problem with backup in two toilets. I had someone come to fix the problem about a year ago. I was told it was a major problem and would require the front yard to be dug up. I recently called Tim he said the problem was with the design of the toilet. He replaced the the two toiletsn which fixed the problem completely.
I love to flush the toilets and watch the power in the flush.  I'm so glad I waited and found Tim...
