Absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish!  Every single person in the Co. we dealt with was fantastic. All staff involved from start to finish were extremely nice and helpful. The project manager, Brandon, communicated every step of the way and was available for any questions I had. The required dumpster was a bit of an inconvenience due to our street size, and the company was very mindful to leave parking spaces available and cleaned up swiftly. I recently had my roof replaced by Resnick Roofing, and I am very pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, they did a great job explaining the process, making everything clear and straightforward. They provided timely updates throughout the project, which kept me informed every step of the way.

Their time estimates for the work to be done were accurate. They were even able to fit me into the schedule earlier than expected. Additionally, the photo documentation of the progress was a nice touch. It was reassuring to see the work that was done without me having to be there.

Whenever I had questions, they were prompt and thorough in their responses, making sure I understood everything.

The biggest win was that they resolved a persistent leak that another roofer had failed to fix after multiple attempts. Resnick Roofing came through where others had not, and I am grateful for their expertise.
