I had 2 lights installed, of which I already had the materials. One light for the living room and a ceiling fan for the upstairs guest bedroom. The living room light was installed quickly and easily. The ceiling fan required a little more work to hang evenly from an older ceiling material. Jack cleaned up without being asked and helped me see the difference of different brightnesses of lightbulbs for the bedroom. After the $50 deposit, I saved 3% by paying by check in the amount of $138. I especially appreciated the text message from Mr. Handyman stating he was on his way with a little detail about him. I appreciated having a 2 hour window when to expect him the day before of when I called to schedule the service. I was able to give some detail over the phone in advance to get an idea of the cost. The invoice of all the work done was emailed and unlike other handymen in the Pittsburgh area, I didn't have to ask for a list of the work done and the cost for my records. Highly recommended...

I would highly recommend Jack from Mr Handyman.  This was my first time using them.  I needed a screened porch repaired which required siding to be removed and replacement of rotted wood underneath. Jack did an excellent job!  I thought the price was fair too.
