I called Reeves because I noticed a rotten egg smell from my basement. They came out and visually looked around my basement briefly and said the cap I had was off the bypass and put on a different one. The whole thing took 5 minutes and I was charged $135. Was not expecting such a high cost for such a quick evaluation. Definitely check on pricing in advance. I would not recommend especially costing that much when no work was really done...

From initial contact to completion of work, the experience was easy and competent. My pump from the well lost prime and Chuck got us back in business quickly. Had him assess two issues with leaky shower  and one that hasn't worked in 10 years. He explained what needed to be done and gave us an estimate. A week later Sam and Zack completed those repairs. From  Switchboard contact to completion all the guys were helpful, knowledgeable and didn't try to gouge us on pricing. Very up-front about cost and time involved. I would definitively recommend Reeves for plumbing issues. I give them an A+++ rating...

Had them come to do the annual check and clean on my tankless hot water heater and they found a leak in the heat exchanger on this one year old unit. They immediately got it covered and are getting the whole unit replaced!!! Very satisfied with the way they take care of their customers and products! Definitely would recommend them...
