Called H Jack Plumbing to deal with a 90 year old galvanized plumbing pipe that wasn’t draining.  He sent two guys over within a half an hour of me calling.  They gave me an estimate and then went to pick up some supplies.  Within an hour they were busy fixing my drain problem.  Took them half a day but finished up with them doing more than they were required.  Cleaned up when the were finished and  hauled away the 90 year old pipes.  The best part was their final bill was less than they had quoted me.  I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again...

Called for an after hours emergency for my business.  I was quoted an hourly rate and I was asked if I agreed to it, which I did.  The technician came and snaked the floor drain, he was at my building less than 40 minutes-no materials were replaced just labor.  Was charged approximately $80 more than what I was quoted by the scheduler on the phone, no explanation.  The issue was not resolved so I had to hire another plumber to come the next day and do the service again.  I had my husband call and ask them what their after hours rates are and he was quoted $100 less than what I was quoted.  When I called to ask why I was charged so much they didn't have a good explanation.  I would not recommend, especially to other female business owners...

I need more than 5 stars to tell you how good Dwayne at H Jack Langer is. This guy needs his own cape! I am pretty good at fixing most stuff, but when it comes to plumbing, I never call anybody else! He has saved the day at my house several times, so put him on speed dial just in case...
