I purchased a pretty expensive furnace/AC unit in May from this company and gave half the money up front. It has not been installed as of end of August.  We had an installation date in mid July that resulted in a no show.  I understand people are busy but I can’t even get a return phone call to get something scheduled. The last I heard from this guy was July 11. Very unhappy with how business is conducted and will not recommend to anyone...
