Donny and the crew arrived right on schedule for our heat pump installation.   They were very diligent, cleaning up as they did the install and making sure to treat our home with the utmost respect.  Very easy to work with and took the time to explain the components and how everything works. The install looks super clean inside and out.  Noah was great to work with during the estimate, and through the whole process to finalizing the job. Can't say enough good things and will be recommending them highly going forward...

Thank you to @trunorthhvac for helping us with our brand new air conditioner! & not to mention our furnace in the winter. Our furnace went out on us the coldest week of the year and they came and put it in in the snow!! & now on the hottest week of the year our air conditioner went & they were on it! The owner Ray is a Christian business owner with the upmost integrity. His business and employees are all a reflection of the character he has. Thank you again! Everyone I’ve met with at Tru North has been friendly, hard working and knowledgeable about heating and ac.  The sales rep helped us figure out what was best for our home which believe it or not, there are a lot to consider for an old home with low clearance in the basement and limited space.  I was highly impressed by the dedication of the technician Jason who stayed late to finish installing the ac unit.  Everyone was very kind and helpful and we found their pricing to be fair.  I will use them again...
