If you're thinking of using Carranza...DO IT, HIRE THEM ASAP!!!  They did my roof and a sliding patio door and both were done expertly and timely!!  We had bad weather and had some obstacles during the project but Carranza staff (especially Ashley) kept in touch everyday via calls and texts and got the work done!  The entire experience was great and the price was very fair!!!  As an avid do-it-yourselfer I am always reluctant to hire anyone for home improvement but in this case I am VERY glad that I hired Carranza.  I would definitely hire them again!!!  Always get multiple quotes but once you do, you'll see that Carranza is the best value out there!...

I was pleased.  They were courteous and professional.  They did new roof and gutters.  From what I could see from the street everything was done in a professional and tidy manner and the roof does not leak after several heavy rains, and the gutters are quieter than my old ones.  Their warranty is excellent and their pricing was very fair.  All in all a great experience...

These guys did an incredible job re-roofing by house and garage, replacing the fascia, soffits, and gutters after a huge tree came down on top of it all! This was a three day job. They worked with my insurance company to ensure my insurance company would pay for the entire repair, and did a phenomenal job communicating with me how things were progressing. One way you can tell a roofer who cares about their work is to see how well they clean up. These guys left the job site each day completely clean. Each day the project manager, Joey Carranza, spoke to me to make sure I was happy with the progress. I can't say enough good things about the company and the work they did for me...
