I used them for the past two years and I was always suspicious they didn't clean gutters properly. We have a downspout which runs under the balcony before getting out. It is obviously clogged and water is backed up and damaging my wall and windows. This was the third time that I complained about it and their solution is to get a carpenter. I'm trying to be respectful, but their crew cannot put a toy together. It's funny they recently extended their job to other home services. Except your job is very basic, stay away from them...

I have had their service for my dryer vents, window cleaning and gutter cleaning.  Very easy to schedule and pay.  Really set it and forget it.  The latest window cleaning was very thorough and the men were careful with gates etc to protect my pets.  Only reason this is 4 instead of 5 stars is their communication system.  They do a great job of texting before arrival, but it would have been good to have a few days notice or a reminder that I had set up an annual event for cleaning.  While they do all work outside the home, it was good I was home to make sure all windows closed etc when they arrived.  Just lucky this time.  More warning would make the service perfect...

The service/company employees were very professional and did a good job removing the debris from and cleaning my gutters. They also made sure the angle of the gutters was correct, and fixed them if they weren’t.
My only recommendation is that the company’s scheduling coordinator or representatives should be able to narrow down a day and timeframe for the service being provided...

New Service:
Called for cleaning quote. Quote was fine but was immediately pressured to sign up for a  service plan. Settled for a quarterly plan (down from every other month) against my better judgment as I like to see work first.

After 4 or 5 days got automated message they’re on the way. I see them stopped outside my house then they leave. I get another text saying there’s been an issue. I call immediately and was told they couldn’t find the house? I explain they were here and why didn’t they call me? They’ll come back as soon as they can I’m told.

10 days or so go by and I call asking if they plan on coming soon. Sorry, because of delays not until next week…

Needless to say cancelled all my services and going with someone else...
