Tyler and Winston arrived early to our appointment, which was a great way to start. They successfully installed a new mixing valve on the domestic coil of our oil boiler, all while being polite and explaining the problem and solution in simple terms so that I could understand. They also made additional recommendations to extend the service life of our boiler. We will continue to use Deluxe for our plumbing and HVAC needs going forward...

Quality of work is excellent, courteous, knowledgeable techs, but I still feel their prices are on the very high end.  Quoted $1600 to replace 2 bathroom faucets.  One other pet peeve I have is that the service fee is not refunded or subtracted from the overall charge if they do the job. I understand it should not be refunded if you decide not to have them do the work.  Overall, simply because of these two issues, 7/8 out of 10...
