We contracted with Homemasters for our back deck refinish and painting.  All went awry due to lack of communication and third party communication until Mike our contact had the owners of the painting crew Kyle and Andy speak with us directly.  We at first were very disappointed and thinking we had made a mistake. The job being done was not to expectation of cost or aesthetically pleasing as one would hope. Once  owners Kyle and Andy came to look at the deck and our concerns they assured us that our concerns were valid.  They assured us they would make sure the work was to our standard and what we were paying for.  I have to say they kept their end of the bargain and the owners themselves took head and finished our deck.  We are very pleased with the outcome.  It looks like the vision we had hoped for and are thrilled with it.  We are grateful all Mike, Kyle, and Andy are honorable and made it right! Great job boys! Thank you !  I would definitely hire them again. They are good to their word...

This is the second  time I have used Homemasters for home repairs and AGAIN, A STELLAR JOB WAS DONE! HOMEMASTERS HAS HIGH STANDARDS for ALL their work and everything is "DONE TO CODE". They only employ highly qualified Craftsmen, who show up Exactly at the scheduled time! Not only that,they are all very pleasant and respectful to talk with and explain the steps they will be doing.
