Just moved to town from out of state and was having issues with my thermostat. Called the number on the stickers of ac unit showing Cross Heat and Air. Was able to speak directly with the owner and let him know what I had going on. Within an hour, he was able to have a tech by my place and check into issue and resolve. While he was here, I had asked about service plans and he let me know what they offered, got me signed up and performed service on the inside/outside units. Overall really impressed with response time (which I get could vary based on workload) and professionalism of tech that stopped by. He answered any and all questions I had and didn’t make it seem like he was trying to rush through and get out of here. Highly recommend if in need of honest and courteous local HVAC company! Definitely a good experience and will be using them regularly...

5 STAR! amazing services, very professional, knowledgeable and very well priced highly recommend. I had my a/c unit shutoff over night. woke up to an 80 degree house. was suppose to be another 110 degree day. I called multiple places at 530am that were supposedly 24hrs but no luck. when I called cross heat and air at 550am  NOT only did they answer but they sent a tech out very quickly. Tech showed up 30 min early to scheduled time and went straight to work. had the issue figured out and resolved within an hour. I will be using there services from here on out...
