Robert was wonderful! He was super quick to get to us and able to diagnose our problem. He was willing to help us however he could and was able to get an install team for a new water heater out the same day. A/C going out in August is not ideal, but within a day we had a new system installed. The problem was identified quickly, explained clearly and multiple paths were outlined from repair to several replacement system options. Don't recall any pressure to do/pay anything that we were not comfortable. Each service member we interacted with was polite, professional and understanding. I'll likely to use their services again in the future if needed.

Day 1: Service technician checked issue and outlined solutions. (~1 hour)
Day 2: Technicians installed new system and took away old equipment. (~4 hours)
After installation: Electrician sent to bring breaker panel to current code...
