What we thought would only take a few hours turned into all day once a corroded pipe behind my wall was creating havoc.  Matthew was so great and he is all about showing the customer what the issue is and the steps to fix it. Matthew cut me lots of discounts and I ended up spending much less than it could have been. The two young men that came to my home were very courteous. Landon and Adam came out and did a fantastic job getting my new hot water heater installed. They also walked me through the process of lighting the pilot. We even discussed The need for a water softener and how much of an impact that can make on the home. Keep in mind that all work will require you to be available for the city to inspect. They usually schedule the inspection within a week of work completed...
