Karsyn and Kelsey are valuable assets to the Mr. Roofer company. My wife and I contacted them to replace the roof on my mother‘s house that had received damage during a storm. They showed up the next morning to tarp it before it rained that evening to prevent further damage. They were very professional quick with the estimate the price and timing to complete the job was perfect. They were quick to answer the phone to answer any questions we had and were on site to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. We were so pleased that a couple months later my son needed his roof replaced and we recommended he contact them. He did and was just a satisfied. We couldn’t be more pleased with their work and commitment to give their customers the best experience possible would definitely recommend them and the roofers to anyone , A plus in our book . Mr. Roofer is truly a five star review, and if it were more they'd be at the highest point. There are simply no words of expression of gratitude I have for this God sent establishment. They took a roof ready to give way, and turned it into a beautiful piece of art, it's simply amazing. And the crew as well as Kelsey, Candy, and Jon deserve a standing ovation for their exceptional work and family like atmosphere. Strangers come to my door on occasion, but there was not one stranger present before me from any of there crew, that's just how comfortable they made myself and the family feel. I am so pleased and happy for being the one fortunate enough to of have found them. I highly recommend Mr. Roofer to anyone and everyone, regardless of the condition of your roof. They are simply the best you could find ANYWHERE! Thank you Mr. Roofer for all you have done, you are truly priceless. They returned my call for an estimate within an hour. They were professional and very friendly, On the day they were supposed to repair my roof, they had an emergency repair, and called me to reschedule. They showed up on the new time, and did a very nice job replacing the facia, installing ice guards, and replacing all the screws on my metal roof with better screws with grommets.
