Karsyn and Kelsey are valuable assets to the Mr. Roofer company. My wife and I contacted them to replace the roof on my mother‘s house that had received damage during a storm. They showed up the next morning to tarp it before it rained that evening to prevent further damage. They were very professional quick with the estimate the price and timing to complete the job was perfect. They were quick to answer the phone to answer any questions we had and were on site to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. We were so pleased that a couple months later my son needed his roof replaced and we recommended he contact them. He did and was just a satisfied. We couldn’t be more pleased with their work and commitment to give their customers the best experience possible would definitely recommend them and the roofers to anyone , A plus in our book . Kelsey was wondering and a very very valuable asset. She would take our calls after hours to help us get this job done. She helped me and my wife making decisions on the shingles, gutters, colors, scheduling, etc. The crew was very helpful and any issues that they would find was fixed before any other work was completed. They returned my call for an estimate within an hour. They were professional and very friendly, On the day they were supposed to repair my roof, they had an emergency repair, and called me to reschedule. They showed up on the new time, and did a very nice job replacing the facia, installing ice guards, and replacing all the screws on my metal roof with better screws with grommets. I was also happy with the price. Special thanks to Jay and Kelsey...
