Had a leak and contacted Bristlewood on a word of mouth recommendation. Rick came out quickly, within the week of the initiation, and was very thorough on his examination of our roof. He sat with me to go over his "short" issues video, it was 7 minutes, and discussed our options. Along the way we encountered hurdles but the team at Bristlewood was very communicative and we were able to guide me through the process with ease. We replaced the 20+ year old roof and 4 skylights, which were likely original to the house, 1989. The job was completed in a day and we have been very happy with the results. We also have a chimney job they are working on us with as well. Highly recommended...
