Wouldn't offer 1 star.
Unfortunately, company 1 couldn't fix the issue. Company 1 inspected what was asked of them but were unable to service where the issue was found.
I called Roy Mechanical requesting service for the specific issue. Initially, he didn't sound like he wanted to come out because "another company out of Columbus" was called first before him and "once another company put hands on it, it's their baby".. company 1 never put hands on the unit because they don't even service those units. The entire phone call, the guy seemed bitter that another company was called first and he repeatedly mentioned the amount paid to company 1.
After about 5 times of the guy saying "well you paid $____ to a company out of Columbus"
I reminded him that it really wasn't his business what I paid to company 1 or where they're from for a completely separate service. The guy on the phone replied that he wouldn't service the unit and hung up on me.
That's just my story. Good luck if you use this company...
