I have been using cosby since I purchased my home 7yrs ago, per previous owner’s recommendation. I have been pleased with their work and how quickly they respond on every call. The whole team is always friendly and knowledgeable. I had made repairs for a few years on my old furnace, this year it was time for a new one and everyone guided me through the process every step of the way. I had lots of questions with all answered in detail. Lee and Caleb showed up on time did a great job from start to finish on the install.I cannot remember the name of the electrician who came in for the thermostat install but he was awesome. Did some adjustments on the furnace to give extra airflow to the upper lever. I am super happy! I would recommend Cosby to anyone as they will not disappoint. Very professional and nice...

John  Robertson from Cosby heating & cooling came to my home to perform a scheduled maintenance check on my furnace. He did a wonderful job, is very knowledgeable about how the machine operates and what to check, test, clean etc. He was even kind enough to allow me to watch everything he did even though I had no clue what he was doing but it was quite fascinating to see. He took his time to explaine each thing he checked and advised what to do moving forward.  What a nice employee you have.  I hope you tell him that for me. Levi was very knowledgeable and explained everything great so we know what we need to do and what to expect down the line. No pressure to make hasty decisions and he was very professional. We will return to Cosby when we need them again...
