True to their word Micah and staff were very professional and diligent to be sure we were able to get a few hiccups taken care of before paying for this job. We could not be happier with our new roof. MK Roofing was excellent in every area of the operation. From the very first contact when Ben arrived to perform our estimate I was impressed. After having received a couple other estimates , Ben was the only one to go up and walk the entire roof and later mentioned the need and importance of re-pointing our chimney. He also mentioned that we had an irregular ridge where an addition was put on  and that addressing this issue would not be a problem. Ben also explained the different products available and advantages of each. After his initial visit we visited the MK Roofing office in Middlefield. There we were greeted by a very helpful staff that answered all of the questions we thought of after the initial visit. Communication with MK was excellent. We were given a week window when the install would tentatively take place. Bad weather caused the date to be moved but still was scheduled according to our schedule. Install went without any issues . The crew worked excellent together and were always helpful when we needed to move cars in and out of the driveway. We had the gloss black roof installed with the black gutters. We like the look so much we are now having MK install new shutters . If you are considering a new metal roof ask for our address and stop by our house to see why we are so happy...

They did an amazing job on our new roof. They were extremly quick to respond to any questions I had and kept me updated on progress. Our new roof looks amazing and I could not be happier. We called MK Roofing because of a leak in our roof.  Instead of repairing the leak, we decided to go with a full metal replacement as our current asphalt shingle roof was nearing the end of its life span.

The appraiser, Ted, was a wonderful man who made me feel as though I was more than a potential client.  He also tarped my leaking roof… all before I even signed a contract.

The wait time was very fair considering we were in the height of roofing season and the crew, Conrad, Jake, Marty, Norman, Josh, and Mike not only worked around obstacles making the job more difficult, but showed a great level of craftsmanship.  When finished, the only evidence of their work was the shine new roof.  They left absolutely zero foot print of their presence.  My wife and I are just as happy as can be with their installation.

The company charges a very fair price.  My metal roof of roughly 2400 square feet was just a bit over $10,000.00… with a large area of underlay tear out/water damage repair.  They used materials from a local source - which was also a bonus for us as we like to keep our spending local.

We cannot recommend this company enough.  Very professional and amazing people… five out of five stars!...
