Communication was great in the beginning but I had to call to see when we going to be put on the schedule.  Was told that they would be there in the morning which I assumed would be the first thing in morning. Had to call at 10:15 to find out if they were coming.  Was told they would be there in 5 minutes.  They began the work and then it started to rain, told my husband that they would return on Saturday to finish the job.  Called at noon only to be told by Brett that the job would be finished on Monday.  Asked Brett why no dumpster and was told it would be there on Monday since they had the box truck.  Showed up on Monday at 7:30 (which was fine), however same box truck and no dumpster.  They did clean up but when the price includes the price of dumpster, I would expect a dumpster or don't include in thee price...

Just had Pally Roofing do a fairly large roofing repair on the back side of our two story home due to snow/ice damage. Steven Womer came to our home to do the initial inspection. This guy is one of the nicest and most professional individuals we have ever had the pleasure to work with. He was very thorough about the work that needed to be done and provided us with all the information/diagrams that we needed to settle with our insurance company.  He was also very considerate about returning calls and followed-up with us during the entire process. The roofer guys did a great job (clean-up was great!) and we are very happy with the end result. We would certainly recommend them to our neighbors/friends...

I couldn't be happier. They installed roofing and gutters on my home. They made the process very easy from beginning to end. Philip provided pictures and detail of the work that needed to be done. He was patient and answered any and all of the questions I had. The team that came out were polite and professional. Worth every penny...
