Carton and Son LLC

We have had Carton and Sons Construction do a few jobs for us over the last couple of years. They have installed interior trim, replaced multiple windows and siding, and even consulted on an upcoming kitchen renovation project. They are good people, the crew is punctual, responsible and courteous. Their craftmanship is excellent. As most people know dealing with contractors in the Hudson Valley area is frustrating. Most contractors won’t return phone calls, emails, and often never show up to give an estimate. It’s ridiculous. Chris Carton returns calls, texts and emails, he provides estimates in a timely manner and does great work. I honestly could not recommend Carton and Sons more, they have been great...

Misleading and Phony! I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this window repair company. They sent a technician, Chris, to measure my window, but after that, I was left in limbo. He took measurements, however never showed up to do the work. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I was met with lousy excuses for no shows, new promises to come back to re-measure and, ultimately, they just stopped responding to me. They didn't follow through on their promises, and the lack of communication was pretty poor. No follow-up, no explanation, no repair. Just radio silence. Needless to say, I won't be recommending them to anyone...

Carton and Son helped us install a new front door and they were great! They helped guide us as to what materials we would need and picked them all up. They even left the entryway clean of all debris and were lovely to work with. We would definitely recommend working with them...

Just had windows installed on a 90 year old brick house and super pleased with the results. The whole crew did a great job. From the planning to installation, they were on point. Great customer service and just a great bunch of guys to work with...
