Walter Maldanado and Life Restorations made replacing my mother’s roof a seamless and  efficient process that was completed swiftly and beautifully.  He and his crew performed like they were taking care of family.   Our very large roof is a combination pitched and flat roof.  He was accommodating to my mother’s preferences and patient and informative when dealing with other family stakeholders. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I was referred to Walter by a friend who used his company to redo her mom's house.  Walter came and was very thorough about the work. We came to a fair price, and I let Walter know I didn't want to hear anything about hidden costs mid-way through the process.  He stuck to the agreement. Walter has an excellent hard-working crew who worked tirelessly for days in the freezing cold. My garage was in bad shape, and it is super close to my neighbors fence line.
