I got quotes from *five* different roofers (all with five stars) to have my flat roof replaced. One came in at $16K, three came in around $12K, and Xterior Pro came in at $6K. I was skeptical. Half the price? But my salesperson, Bob, assured me it was real and about the company's ethics for not screwing people over.

David and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. The workmanship looks perfect to me, they cleaned up and didn't leave behind any debris, and the job got done for exactly the price that was quoted.

Some final praise. The day of the job there was a miscommunication between David and his team about the necessity of an additional $450 component. When David came for the final inspection, he noted that it actually hadn't been necessary, and *immediately* subtracted $450 from the invoice.

Xterior Pro is affordable, does quality work, and takes ownership of mistakes when they're made. You can't ask for more than that...
