Xterior Pro gave me the best price by far out of 4 different companies. David was extremely responsive, flexible and thorough with scheduling and information.
The workers arrived on time and were friendly and very respectful of my property and the many plants I have very close to the house. They did a beautiful job replacing my entire roof, facia and gutters including a section of flat rubber roof.  They were considerate and careful about details and left the property clean. I couldn’t be happier with the finished roof and with the work of the crew. They really saved my house! I would highly recommend this company to anyone...

Just got a new roof by Xterior Pro. Extremely happy with the job. I got 4 estimates before deciding. Tagan, who I met initially about the estimate was very thorough and knowledgeable in discussing the job. They gave a reasonable and accurate price (others were much higher) and they stuck to it, no surprises. David, the company owner, came himself to get the job started. He brought a large crew, who showed up exactly on time, were all very nice, and worked hard all day. They did a great clean up afterward. I am very glad I chose them for the job and would definitely recommend them. I wish all my business dealings went as smoothly as this did...

We had a leak coming from our skylight. The crew from Xterior removed the damaged shingles, repaired the roof damage around the skylight and installed all the new materials needed to insure no water damage would happen again!! They did a great job!...

We had a great experience with David and his crew. After we noticed some leaking, we determined we needed a flat portion of our roof replaced. We shopped around and Xterior Pro came out and gave us a great quote. Once everything was scheduled, they arrived promptly, finished their work quickly and left everything in perfect condition. The best part - our final cost ended up being at the low end of David's estimate. Obviously we were willing to pay whatever was necessary but it was nice to feel like we weren't being needlessly upcharged. We'll happily work with Xterior Pro again when it comes time to replace the rest of our roof...
