Carlos Duran of TLC was terrific!  He installed a new gas line and gas shut off for us as well as a new water filtration system.   He checked water pressure and made sure everything was functioning properly after a new water line was installed.  He made sure everything was properly done to code,  coordinated with the gas company and inspectors to make sure all inspections were completed, communicated proactively with all parties about the work that had been done and what still needed to get done and then followed to make sure everything was working properly.   Probably the best communication and most thorough explanations we’ve ever received from a plumber.   I was concerned about TLC because they have a reputation of being the expensive ten-pound gorilla in town… but I have no reservations at all about Carlos Duran!  Hearty thanks and kudos to Carlos for his knowledge, efficiency, clear communications, caring, attention to detail and his work...

TLC Santa fe 288 to clarify. We had Chris and Robert in electrical back over to look at a former repair that didn't fix the root of the issue. Both of the technicians were knowledgeable, honest, and frankly just friendly people. They located the issue explained it to me so that I'd understand and fixed it within the hour. If I ever need with done in the future there is no doubt I'll request them both but name...
