Reliable Tech responded quickly to an emergency situation with condensation pump that would not turn off and made a very large noise. So loud I had to turn off the breaker to the entire system, there no AC during 90 degree days. They sent a Tech out in 24 hours and he diagnosed the issue and replaced the pump...
