The technician Cody Sparks seemed very honest and sincere. My wife was even impressed with him, and she’s hard to please. Great service. The technician was prompt and very professional. He explained everything to us and showed us the bad part and promptly installed a new one. . We recommended this company to our neighbor while he was repairing our a.c. because of this technician. Lukas was wonderful.  We lost the A/C during the hottest week of summer.  A key piece needed to repair the A/C was not in inventory.  He spent time locating one from a sister company.  He found it, and within a few days, he had everything up and running.  He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and patient in explaining what had happened and what needed to be done to repair it.
