My service was phenomenal! Very friendly, very specific with my mother in law who was there for us to take the appointment, as we both were at work. The tech who called and left me a message was very fast spoken so I can't catch his name. It was at 0841 on August 1st. But again he did a great job and I would recommend him, and his honesty. Our AC unit went out unexpectedly overnight, I called Aire Serv first thing in the morning and DESPITE their extremely busy schedule they were able to send out a technician the same day to do a diagnostic of our system. Jeff was extremely professional and helpful. He kept us updated on what he was doing to try and get our rather old system up and running again, and he got us fixed up in a timely manner. We now have a running ac again in these dangerously hot conditions. I personally highly recommend this company...

Excellent service! Arrived on time. I like their tracking service showing me where they are and when they will be arriving. Jorge is very knowledgeable and friendly. I loved seeing the before and after photos of the air duct from our roof. He fixed the issue so that we won’t need to clean our air duct for years to come...

Aire Serv of Southern New Mexico's response to our issue was quick and the staff is courteous, so easy to work with, and quick to respond.
