At the recommendation of a friend, I called on a Saturday late afternoon because my ac decided to give up. The service tech Johnathan called me promptly to let me know his eta and was very polite. When he arrived he was very patient as I put my dogs away and such to let him in to my back yard to assess my ac unit. Within just a short period he had identified the issue and it was fixed in no time. He was very polite and professional, he explained in detail what the problem was so that I knew what was going on with the unit. I was pleased with the quality of service and quick response time. I will def be using Day and Night plumbing and HVAC again. So grateful for cold air...

Casey was great, took care of what I needed done. He was polite and easy going. The pricing was very reasonable for coming out to my house at 7pm. I definitely will use Day & Night Plumbing again if I need there help...

Impeccable service! The techs Darren and Brian were incredibly professional and knowledgeable when it came to installing a new furnace and AC unit in my home. They kept me informed every step of the way and even took the extra time to correct some issues they had discovered. Pricing was fair and I will definitely be using Day & Night for any of my plumbing/hvac needs in the futur...

Unfortunately would NOT recommend. Called them to come clear a blockage. The plumber was kind, but the office staff does not follow through. Did not end up getting any help. Paid $200 and was told the block was unreachable and that I should expect a quote. I called the office the same day (on Friday 8/16) and was told to expect a quote in 2 days. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I expected to wait until Tuesday with the weekend. Come Friday 8/23 I STILL had NO quote. I called on Friday 8/23 after the initial visit (8 days after calling originally) and was greeted with rudeness on the phone. Still trying to be kind, I asked about my quote. I was told to expect a quote in my email ‘later’. Unacceptable, but what can I do? I told them I needed a call back when the quote was sent because this is crazy. My shower is inoperable this whole time! We are now 12 days in and I still have no quote and no follow up from their staff. I would try any other company at this point. They took my $200 (might I add, that all they did was exactly what I told them my husband already did - ran a snake through the line) and now I am stuck paying it again to a new company. Very disappointed with this service...
