They charged $660 to replace 3 thermostats. They did not provide the thermostats. I purchased the Honeywell smart thermostats at Lowes after 2 tries  and cutting a hole it is still hung crooked.

After reaching out to a supervisor who was very understanding we agreed to have another technician come out. He wasn’t sure what the cause of problem is but tightened some loose wiring and it appears to be functioning correctly. They offered reimbursement of the trip charge for our inconvenience and repair of the wall.
They seem genuine in addressing the customers concerns...

Took multiple calls and a month before the new install of swamp cooler was resolved. Difficult to schedule and then appointments changed without notice (only found out when called to ask where they were) Had the renter sign that work was completed, when they should assure the person paying is happy. Then within 2 months of installation of brand new unit, the controller went out on a holiday weekend, called and was told there was no one available until normal business hours. Was told there would be a rebate on the new unit and they would walk me through the process after installation. Nope! Multiple phone calls and being told someone would get back to me but no calls returned. No rebate, after a while you give up...

Absolute con artists, from the "sales" people to the office staff, who know nothing about warranty coverage or other basics of equipment management at the most basic level.  At the request of the previous homeowner, Carlson had installed a 500lb. air conditioner on the side of my home, which I had to have removed and placed on the ground, due to safety and noise issues. Mario came over on a Wednesday to do an estimate on the job, and after schmoozing me for an hour, promised me the estimate by Friday.  I had to remind him the following week to send me the estimate, and I when I finally received it on Wednesday, the estimate was 6K for the work and an additional 2K for the machinery required to take the unit off of my home.  8K for them to correct the mistake they made in putting the unit on the side of the house to begin with.  I got two other estimates, both being a fraction of the cost that Carlson wanted to charge. We ended up going with Thompson Heating and Cooling. They did the entire job for $1500, quickly, professionally, and with no hidden charges.  They are amazing at Thomson.  Steer way clear from B. Carlson.  They will rip you off and I seriously question their concern for safety if they are willing to hang a 500lb. piece of equipment off the side of a stucco home, 10 feet off the ground.  It was a disaster waiting to happen...

Truly a highway robbery, a job that takes 30 minutes and about $10:00 worth of PVC pipes they charged me $ 603:78.  Not after hours, Friday day work, wow!
