My AC failed on Saturday and I tried calling several repair companies. Most did not answer, even though they said 24 hr. service. One did answer and I was connected to an
answering service in the Philippines and said they could be at the house between 7PM  and 9PM. Never showed or called. I called Anderson Sunday morning and a person answered and said a tech will call me back. In ten minutes he called and told me he could be there and the price because it was Sunday so if I could wait until Monday and call Breanna she could get me on the schedule first thing. It was cool that day so I waited and sure enough on Monday morning I called and they answered, got me on the schedule and believe it or not, not one but two tech showed up as promised, fixed the problem and I now have cool AC. Their honesty about the prices, which were fair and their keeping their word on arrival is why I can rate them five star. The technicians were very friendly and did not leave until they were sure everything was working correctly. Sorry for the long rant but after putting up with so many losers in the business it was nice to find a WINNER...

Our Ecobee suddenly went black. Dan from Anderson Air Corps troubleshot the problem as soon as he arrived. We really appreciate Anderson Air Corps’ prompt help and have always been impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the technicians. You should definitely turn to them when your air conditioner is in trouble...

Although there was some initial confusion as to whether or not emergency repair work was to begin on the afternoon of August1 or the morning of August 2,  the ladies at the reception desk were able to get a repairperson out on August 1, as we were baking in our home without A/C.  The repairman that they sent, Billy, worked quickly and efficiently and we had normal air conditioning by bedtime on the night of August 1.  We give 5 STARS to both Anderson Air Corps and their repairman, Billy, for quickly sparing us an additional miserable day and night at temperatures in excess of 80 degrees F...

I recently underwent a swamp to A/C conversion with Anderson and the bottom line is that these guys are professional, prompt, and responsive.  I had quotes from three companies, and these guys were the ONLY ones to even mention the appropriate solution for my house.  The other two companies, when asked about it, simply said they would provide another quote and then ghosted me.  I was thoroughly impressed by the entire chain of professionals there from Sales, to the guys performing the work, down to the coordination with inspectors and everything.  Really if I was to do this again, I would make the same choice and go with Anderson Air Corps...
