Workers didn’t bring correct tools, left repeatedly, failed to show up without calling several days in row, actually went into my bedroom and took a battery off of one of my tools as theirs had died.  Contract stipulates a Drop in Tub.  I didn’t know it was the incorrect tub until had people come do tile estimates.  Was told this is a tub for new home builds.  No way to waterproof nor tile the contraption they shoddily built and the tub is incorrect.  Exposed screws…that aren’t even seated correctly.  We have called every day for 2 weeks and they will not return calls.  I am 87 years old.  I am not a plumber and relied on their professionalism and integrity, none of which they have...

Update 1/18/24: Brett and Brian just finished installing a new boiler combo unit and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were extremely friendly and patient with all of my questions and concerns. The installation quality was top notch and 100% according to plan. A++ 👍👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Update 7/22/24: We just had a dead HVAC capacitor replaced by Nicholas Kettinger who was great and gave me a lot of helpful information and advice on questions I had about our new home. We're now 3/3 with our experience with this company, all of their techs have been top notch...

Recently our hot water heater went out and we have used Albuquerque plumbing heating and cooling in the past so they were the first ones we called. That same day the plumber Ray came and looked at our water heater and recommended it be replaced. They were able to quickly schedule the water heater install. Through the whole process Ray was very professional and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend this company and thank you Ray for all your hard work!!!...

I recently had a sewer-line repair performed by Albuquerque Plumbing, and I was highly satisfied with the results. The work was first-rate, and the crew (Jonah, Ston, other members) were both professional and courteous. All were knowledgeable, skilled professionals, but I was most impressed with the Team Leader, Jesse. I found him to be not only highly skilled, but very honest in his approach to the project (estimates, issues, etc.). He made a great effort to set up the project to be as inexpensive as possible. This is a quality I especially appreciate when it comes to costly repairs. I have more plumbing work I plan to do soon, and I will certainly be going back to Albuquerque Plumbing...
