I’m am very happy to recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking to improve your flooring situation in your home. Alan and his team are very knowledgeable and professional, answering all of my family’s questions and taking the time to figure out or needs. We installed luxury vinyl plank on our main floor (covering four large rooms) including leveling our floors in our foyer and kitchen before installation. We had original wood floors and linoleum that were showing wear and in desperate need of replacement (our home was built in late 1880’s) and we needed a modern and cohesive upgrade. We even installed new neutral carpeting to our staircase and landing area for a functional and cozy feel as well. Quick installation without a sacrifice to quality of the outcome. We had a minor problem that Alan and his team were able to repair in a timely fashion. Highly recommend and will be using their services again to install new flooring in our upstairs rooms to finish the cohesive look . Thanks again for everything...

Working with Alan and Floor Coverings International was a beginning to end terrific experience!  My husband and I just purchased a home and carpeting our stairs was one of the first major projects we chose to do.  Alan was with us EVERY step of the way and was incredibly patient with our process.  He offered suggestions that were helpful, but not pushy, intelligent, but not arrogant.  The perfect blend for my husband and I!  The day of the installation went remarkably smoothly.  He and his company not only worked around my daughter’s nap schedule, but finished in a timely manner with zero mess to clean up after!  The work is excellent-durable carpeting with pristine installation.  If all this were not enough, Alan also gifted us 2 adorable large stuffed animals for our daughter and son!  We would strongly recommend Alan and his company, and would happily use him again.  Superb communication and an outstanding outcome...

My husband and I shopped around for a long time to find someone we trusted to redo all the floors in our house. We are so thankful to have met Alan and his team, and could not recommend FCI enough! It was a huge project to undertake but Alan was so patient and accommodating, making sure he was able to source the right stain of wood, tiles that had the perfect type of veining for our laundry room, and also finding a team who could redesign our staircase. Alan successfully brought to life what I had been envisioning for our dream home. He and his team made the process so seamless and also made sure our creaky floors no longer existed once the project was completed.

Our home is now bright and airy with white oak flooring, and seems so much bigger compared to the walnut floors we had before. If you're thinking about redoing your floors, do yourself a big favor and hire Alan...

Alan was very responsive to our needs in terms of budget, style, and how the carpet was going to be used.  I liked that he had a wide array of samples readily available and that swatches were delivered in both a timely fashion and  large enough to  envision in the space.  I also liked being able to text Alan with scheduling issues, etc., and that he was very responsive.

I was a little disappointed to learn, after the process of selecting the rug I wanted, that it was on back order; fortunately, this didn't end up being such a big deal as it came in earlier than expected.   The installers were polite and skilled, though they did make one mistake, which they came back the next business day to address.  Overall, it was a very good experience and I would use them again...
