Siding & Windows Wizards is highly recommended. Andrei is professional, knowledgeable and courteous during the initial consultation. He explained the different type of options available that are suitable for your specific situation.. He is quick to reply back via text message if you have subsequent questions. Justine   is helpful by giving periodic updates on when the manufacturer will finish making the windows. The window installers, Pete and Victor, are experts at their craft and know exactly what they are doing. They finished installation within a few hours and cleaned up nicely.  The windows themselves appear to be high quality and robust and have unique features that are different from ordinary windows. All in all, a good experience and well worth the investment...

We were almost choosing other window company until we saw these reviews here. I watched Andrei’s youtube video presentation regarding OKNA 600. Their window quality and the team’s installation passion that i have read about here made sense to us choosing them. The windows came in on time (4weeks-12windows) and we booked the schedule 2 weeks after due to holidays. As soon as Peter and Victor work on 1st day, we noticed their care for our windows. We had very difficult window that places right above roofing. As they don’t wanna step on our roof, he decided to work inside which takes more time and effort on them. I couldn’t thank you enough what they’ve done for our windows. They are the true workers that I’ve hard to see nowadays. I highly recommend this company to our neighbors or friends and family!! :...

Andrei came for the consultation and was beyond professional. He had his bag of science for me to fully understand the difference that they could provide me. Honestly, just the sample of the windows with the rays was enough for me, but seeing the numbers on the meter was really cool. He provided an excellent initial meeting so much so that I canceled the consultation that I had after him.

The men who came to install the windows came in and got to work immediately. No dilly dallying. Very professional. They cleaned up after themselves perfectly. 2 windows removed and replaced in 3 hours. The old windows were old old and wooden. They had to really work to make everything right for the new windows. What's best was the pride they had to show me the work. They even made sure that I went outside to approve, but also the look on their faces. You don't get too many folks who take that level of pride in their work that they beam when it's done and done well.

I'm so glad that I went with this company. My room feels better in terms of the air staying in the room, too!  All that was promised was accomplished...
