Very experienced, quality work, skilled and attentive project manager and laborers. We hired On the Spot to build a roof deck off the back of our 3 story house. On the Spot did an amazing job building the deck to our architect’s specifications and stuck with us through a very long and problematic variance application and getting permits from our town. They were ready to begin construction immediately once we had permits in hand. We live in an urban area and there was nowhere to put a dumpster and the crew cleaned up our yard every single day after they finished working and removed all of the debris by hand (which was a lot). The project itself was complicated and our house is over 100 years old so of course unforeseen things popped up once we got into it and they handled it all very professionally and as quickly as possible. We are very happy with the final result and will definitely use On the Spot again if we decide to do any other projects. Thanks specifically to Maryanne (project manager) and Roy (head builder on our project). Definitely recommend this company...

Our experience with On The Spot with our complete kitchen remodel was great! We spoke with several contractors before making a decision and once we met with Jeff, knew that OTS was the one to go with. Our project manager, Maryanne is absolutely amazing and stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process, constantly checking in on things and letting us know what all of the next steps were. That was one of the best things - not having to worry that we’re were going to have to manage an independent contractor and stay on top of them - having an assigned project manager like Maryanne took all of that worry away! She was also a huge help in making certain decisions like, where should we put these lights? How many of them should there be? Always with a realistic and down-to-earth approach which was (and is) tremendously appreciated. All of the crew at OTS are all friendly and helpful and do great work. They were always on time and worked hard throughout their days in our home. Speaking of which, they always made sure to take care of any mess that construction of course brings - at the end of each day things were left neat and orderly - which is very important particularly when you are living in the house like we were during the renovation process! I highly recommend OTS for any home project - large or small, they are worth it...

Great and fast service!! I had some roof and chimney repair work done. They sealed around chimney w/ new flashing; tarred to prevent leaks; removed some shingles to seal. While on the roof, they noticed a few loose bricks and repaired that as well and fixed the crown of the chimney. Communication was excellent. Extremely happy with the service and the cost of the job. The original quote was honored despite some additional work. I have already scheduled my next appointment with On The Spot Home Improvement for some indoor repairs. All around, a job well done...
