I see Ned’s trucks all the time and assumed they’d be great but I was disappointed.  I’m spoiled I guess- I like a scheduled date, I like paying after a service is performed, and I like a technician to tell me what they see and even take pics if needed on the roof since I’m not up there.  Neds gave me a two week window and promise to text the morning of but they didn’t call they just showed up as I was leaving for work.  I tried to confirm a few details but the technician didn’t speak English.  I paid for a gutter cleaning and repair but have no sense of what they found or did.  However, I was cleaning my balcony yesterday and saw they didn’t repair a torn gutter screen which now makes me wonder what else they could’ve missed.  I will be supporting a smaller business next time...

Ned Stevens is always great when they come to clean out my gutters! They are very thorough and detailed in their work. They clean out every little nook and cranny that exists in your gutter and roof system, and explain everything they did and let you know if they find anything that needs maintenance or repair. I have a cape/cottage style house with lots of little gutters and eves, and they were (And always Are) amazing...

The crew was very good and did a thorough job.  I was concerned based on some Internet info and also because we had used another gutter cleaners for years.    But I am happy with the work.  They also cleaned up after themselves...
