Arfenee showed up late and was disrespectful. He was unfamiliar with company policy, even when shown the policy on the company website.  He started texting someone else in the middle of my conversation with him

Edit - lowering from two stars to one star. The company contacted me and was understanding. They offered to send out a different tech and have them there by 1pm to redo the spots Arfenee missed. I accepted

Instead, they sent out the same tech, who messaged again to say they would be late. I called the company again, who again apologized, and dispatched techs a third time.

When they showed up, they rang the bell but did not come inside. Our dogs barked, which seemed to frighten them. They yelled at me to  "grab my f#$&king dog" at which point I asked them to leave.

In the photos, you can see how they left our guest bed, moving it on top of a spot instead of cleaning it

You can also see how they opened the door, but forgot to close it to clean behind it

I will never use this company agai...

I called Stanley steamer out after I had a kitchen fire in my living room carpet and chairs was sprayed with the fire extinguisher phone and even though I vacuum them up it costed carpet to be very very dirty. I must say the attendant was on his knees for the longest time, scrubbing the carpet to get every stain up, I thought he was not gonna be able to get clean. He clean my sofa and my love seat. I am very very happy so if you have a dirty carpet or your couches need to be clean or if you have a pet running through the house because I forgot to mention, I had pets stains on the carpet as well and , the attendant was excellent. I would not hesitate to use their service or especially this attendant   Also I forgot to mention the carpets are two shades so a lighter and a darker shade before someone think that they’re not clean it’s clean the carpet. Just one part is lght The other part is dark...

Dan, the serviceman from Stanley Steamer was very professional and accommodating.  He offered to move my furniture and put it back in its original place.
