I had the pleasure of working with Adam to replace my boiler and add two new gas meters. He coordinated a team of many workers and fought the good fight against Union City's bureaucracy to help me upgrade my boiler with minimal outage for me and my tenants.

10/10 would recommend, he was available night and day and completely dependable.

Also shout out to his team, I have never seen a boiler room with better configured pipes, which they setup to be incredibly easy to swap out pieces and save me time over the next 40 years, at least...

UPDATE: STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

We found out these guys completely scammed us! We paid almost $2000 for a “deep cleaning” of our entire system and a repair of one of the condensation pumps. When the pump completely stopped working less than 2 weeks later, I contacted the company who claimed that the repair was not included and refused to address the issue. They were supposed to send me documentation and pictures/videos of the work that was supposedly completed and they never did.

To make matters worse, when we contacted the company who originally installed the system, they said the lines were never flushed or vacuumed and in general was not cleaned very well. They had to completely replace the pump as well as install a new condensation line because the other one was clogged - either from a poor “repair” of the pump and/or a complete lack of proper cleaning.

This cost ANOTHER nearly $2000! However, they actually went up into our attic and made sure the entire system upstairs was running smoothly, without leaks, and actively pumping the water outside.

Master Group clearly took advantage of us as first time homeowners and acted like they were above accountability.  They were rude and dismissive after stealing nearly $2000 from us! Don’t make the same mistake we made!

These guys are prompt and professional and we are very pleased with the cleaning of our complete ductless cooling system in our new house. The guy was very nice and they maintained great communication. They were also able to come out before anyone else, even as the temperature was climbing!

My only complaint is that they are more expensive than others. But cooling repair and maintenance is always more expensive once the weather warms up. It didn’t seem worth knocking off a star for.

Overall, I def recommend these guys. Yes they are a bit pricier, but we think it was worth it for them to be on time and maintain excellent communication. As first time homebuyers, that went a long way. Especially since we were pretty overwhelmed with everything we’ve had to do since moving in!!

So def give these guys a call! They’ll take good care of you...

Master Group has exceeded my expectations. I got back home last night from a vacation and realized my AC unit was not working properly. I called Master Group this morning and they were able to see my within a couple of hours! Not only did Adam diagnose and fix my problem, he also showed me how to maintain my unit going forward to avoid any major malfunctions! HIGHLY RECOMMEND...
