I was in the market for a flooring company because my floors needed repair, sanding, and refinishing.

I am so happy to have found ModiFloors. First impressions and communication are golden. Igor came by the day after calling for a quote, introduced himself at the front door and removed his shoes. He was thorough in looking over the floors that needed work & took the measurements. He took his time, explained everything in detail, & answered all my questions. He came prepared with a color chart, proof of insurance, & left a pamphlet that explains the available warrantees and most frequently asked questions. There was absolutely no pressure.

The crew that came to work on my home were truly amazing. They were quick, courteous, and clean all while doing a wonderful job. Beyond the crew that came to site, the young lady at the office, Fernanda, was also very professional & kind.

The estimated time frame for my job was a day & a half, and that’s exactly how the job went two bedrooms, hallway and a full staircase. They are simply the best & we would highly recommend ModiFloors to family or friends...

We had the pleasure to come in contact with Igor after an extensive search on the best company to help us transform our 100 year old damage floors. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Igor and his crew were quick to give me an estimate, allow me the time i needed to get things in order (even helped move some furniture) and got my floors sanded, stained and looking brand new in a timely manner and did not break the bank. I highly recommend ModiFloors.  Every step of my project was  explained to me in advance along with a detailed proposal and warranty.  I had my carpet removed  in 3 bedrooms and the wood floors underneath sanded and refinished.  They did an excellent job.  I can't say enough about their customer service, honesty and work ethic.
